our mentoring model: a PEDAgogical model based on methodological expertise
Take a step back
As the first examples of modern coaching emerged in the 70s, it goes without saying that the notion of mentoring isn’t a new one; we simply aim to provide up-to-date and durable solutions.

Our mentoring vision:
Especially appreciated by expert profiles, mentoring highly respect the value of working time of senior managers and executives with high academic degrees: it offers to adjust professional skills with precision by focusing on their own and specific objectives.
For us, mentoring is a process of self-awareness based on experience: both the individual’s experience and that of others.
Our method is simple: together we will review the relationships that you have with your work, your organisation and the people involve.
This is where we differ from today’s widely practised methods and return to the initial principle (Socratic maieutic), whereby in addition to personal questions, we offer external resources to support your thought process. Since we cannot understand everything solely in light of our own experiences, it is also important to take advantage of scientific knowledge regarding the matter at hand. This is why, based on your preferences, we also offer short sessions on the latest developments in the field of research, the shared experiences of a manager and analysis of the practices of a peer, among other things, to open up the debate and enable you to broaden your thought process.
The art of management
No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.
Coaching and team building
The aim of coaching
The direct aim of mentoring is to developp your professional practices. Break free from the restraints of self-judgement in favour of a comprehensive and constructive analysis of your personal choices.
Mentoring is also an extremely targeted tool for an organisation in that it indirectly aims to develop new stances and behaviours that are more satisfying for both you and your organisation.
In light of the outcomes that it generates, mentoring can be seen as ultra-targeted training that makes it possible to develop a broad range of professional skills.
