For us, mentoring is a process of self-awareness based on experience: both the individual’s experience and that of others.

Our method is simple: together we will review the relationships that you have with your work, your organisation and the people involve.

This is where we differ from today’s widely practised methods and return to the initial principle (Socratic maieutic), whereby in addition to personal questions, we offer external resources to support your thought process. Since we cannot understand everything solely in light of our own experiences, it is also important to take advantage of scientific knowledge regarding the matter at hand. This is why, based on your preferences, we also offer short sessions on the latest developments in the field of research, the shared experiences of a manager and analysis of the practices of a peer, among other things, to open up the debate and enable you to broaden your thought process.
